To do this, the development of a Programme Business Case (PBC) following the HM Treasury’s Green Book 5 Case Model is underway. Subject matter expertise is required to produce the Economic aspect of the PBC, in which a short-list of delivery options/approaches will be considered based on a Cost/Benefit socioeconomic analysis. The Supplier will be instructed to work on the production of the Economic Case.
