The works include power washing and treating the existing surfaces, resurfacing with new pervious macadam, and applying two-tone acrylic colour coating and new court line markings. The works also include local repairs to root-damaged areas, removal and replacement of net post sockets, installation of new tournament-standard posts and nets, and removal of existing perimeter fencing. New heavy-duty perimeter fencing and access gates will be installed.
