The provider shall be free to assist users of its service to challenge the practices and decisions of public bodies including the practices and decisions of Aberdeenshire Council. The provider shall provide Type I , Type II and Type III services to Aberdeenshire citizens (as defined by the Scottish National Standards for Information and Advice Providers Quality Assurance Framework (SNSIAP) 2009) and ensure compliance with relevant accreditation schemes as administered and introduced by the Scottish Legal Aid Board (SLAB).
