The purpose of this review is to define the optimal structure that will enable SC to achieve its strategic objectives and support sustainable growth, thereby reducing its dependency on grant-in-aid funding. The primary focus will be to conduct a strategic workforce analysis and develop a robust workforce plan alongside evaluating and recommending the most effective organisational structure and target operating model.
