## About this tender

This is a Direct Award opportunity for the supplier ranked no.1 on the Scottish Government Temporary and Interim Staff (IT)- 4th Generation - Collaborative Framework Agreement. If an award is made Framework Terms & Conditions (including Schedule 5) will apply.\*Please see role profile for further information\*- Please complete the Contractor Response document for the candidate and attach their Company Profile as a SEPARATE document.- Contract Duration: 12 months with no possibility of extension(s). No contract length is guaranteed.- IR35 Determination: Outside.- Max 1 company profile (please, do not include rates in company profiles).- Rate: The maximum day rate for this requirement is £739.00 including the agency fee. Please note, this is a pass/fail criteria. Any supplier bidding over the maximum rate stated will be automatically disqualified from this procurement exercise- Location: Please refer to "Location" information within the job profile. Note: RoS wants to make you aware that Hybrid working, if applicable, is available within the UK only.- Unsociable hours: N/A.BPSS required: Yes. Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) checks should be in place for all successful candidates before the contract commences. Please note, as per the Framework terms and conditions costs incurred as a result of carrying out the required security procedures is the responsibility of the Supplier.- Please note that Venesky Brown are the incumbent supplier.- Award will be made on the basis of award criteria of 80 per cent quality of interim worker and 20 per cent price.
