The guillotine will: - be able to cut up to and including 8 mm thickness and up to 3000 and a maximum of 3100 mm length. - be safe for use, including by students under supervision. - have safe hold downs to support material during cutting. The equipment will be installed in our Inverness campus, located at 1 Inverness Campus, Inverness IV2 5NA. UHI Inverness also requires the disconnection, removal, and disposal of the existing guillotine in line with current legislation.
