Appropriate equipment and adaptations play a critical role in supporting children and young people to participate and meet their educational ambitions. . From an initial entry point, the Council has already established a Flexible Framework of contractors from whom we can seek bespoke solutions for Equipment and Adaptations, primarily for children with Additional Support Needs (ASN) for use within their education settings. . This award procedure is being carried out in accordance with the Procurement Reform (Scotland) Act 2014 and follows guidance for the procurement of care and support services.
