This includes surveys of the existing system and controls, desktop reviews of the existing system information and a design to RIBA Stage 3 with associated costings. The contract includes provision to extend services up to RIBA Stage 7, subject to the availability of future funding and the necessary approvals. ### Contract Period The contract start date is 26th March 2026, to allow the supplier to complete the cooling system redesign to RIBA stage 3 by 25th September 2026.
