## About this tender

River Clyde Homes are seeking to appoint a competent and experienced contractor to provide ad-hoc Groundworks works to River Clyde Homes housing stock within Inverclyde.

The scope of the works shall comprise the following:

- Brickwork/ Blockwork repairs
- Slab/ paving works
- Concrete grounds work
- Tarmac works
- Street furniture installation (bollards etc)
- Minor Drainage improvements

The work may entail a package of work, or just individual repair work.

The basis of payment for the works will be a % adjustment against the M3NHF Schedule of Rates \[Version 8\] (attached as Appendix F).

RCH require a 24 hour, 7 days a week, service. Only bidders who have this capacity should submit a bid.
