The Framework Agreement will support HIS in delivering its strategic priorities and evidence functions through access to specialist external expertise across a broad range of research, evaluation, evidence synthesis, information management, knowledge mobilisation and decision support disciplines. The Framework Agreement is divided into three Lots: - Lot 1: Research and Statistical Support Services - Lot 2: Evaluation Services - Lot 3: Information Management, Knowledge Mobilisation and Decision Support Services.
