The programme will help participants understand their emissions, identify realistic decarbonisation opportunities, consider climate risks and adaption needs, strengthen resilience and develop practical Climate Action Plans. See Appendix A - Scope of Requirements document for full details. It is expected that these services will be required from November 2026 for an initial period of 12 months, with HIE having the option to extend for a period or periods together not exceeding 6 months following the Initial Term. The maximum (12 months + 6 months extension) budget currently available is GBP 49,500 (maximum) (excluding VAT).
