The goal of the Partnership Fund for a Resilient Ukraine Phase 2 is a multi-year, multi-donor-funded programme managed by the UK's Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) in cooperation with the Government of Ukraine. Please note the following important provisions of the tender: - the deadline for submission of proposals is October 30, 2026, 15:00 Kyiv time; - all questions regarding the terms and conditions of the tender must be submitted no later than October 16, 2026, 17:00 Kyiv time; - all communication regarding the tender shall be made exclusively in writing to ; - the PFRU-2 project is exempt from taxes, duties, and VAT of the partner country.
