The evaluation will assess the impact of the reforms on registered providers, tenants and the quality of social housing services and homes. The work includes evaluation design, stakeholder engagement, qualitative and quantitative analysis, interim reporting and final reporting. The evaluation will support accountability, learning and future regulatory decision making relating to consumer regulation in the social housing sector.
