Aspire Housing is looking to appoint a flat roofing contractor for a contract commencing in June 2026 for a term of 36 months with the option to extend for a further 24 months. We have a programme for the next 5 years; these are the planned replacement numbers - 15 however we have a budget for additional ad hoc roofs. The specification sets out an outline description of materials and installation required for a bitumen flat roofing system (ICOPAL or equal or approved) together with the regulatory requirements.
