Embedding User-Centred Design (UCD) capabilities across the programme ensures that every intervention, policy, tool, guidance, or process, is shaped around the real behaviours, needs, constraints, and motivations of the people who must adopt it. Cyber risk is fundamentally influenced by human decision-making, organisational culture, and usability barriers. Without UCD, well-intentioned security measures often fail to achieve uptake, are bypassed, or create new risks. ## CPV classification Design and execution of research and development Source Contracts Finder (UK) [View official notice](https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/notice/e9f54cb7-9225-4e45-9e92-5a00e80181d5) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
