The Council's approach is informed by periodic Needs Assessments, analysis of emerging trends, best practice evidence, and alignment with local, regional, and national priorities. The Council's current Domestic Abuse Strategy (2018-2025) is available online and is now due for review through a comprehensive refresh supported by a new Needs Assessment and revised implementation plan. This Request for Quotation is for the provision of a Domestic Abuse Needs Assessment.
