To support this, Ofgem requires a range of qualitative research methods across its work to provide insight into consumer experiences, perceptions and behaviours. These insights are essential in helping Ofgem develop effective policies, communications and services. Ofgem therefore expects to work closely with an independent research agency that understands its vision and objectives and can demonstrate strong expertise in delivering qualitative research services. The agency must also have a sound understanding of the energy sector and Ofgem's role within it. ## CPV classification Research services Source Contracts Finder (UK) [View official notice](https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/notice/e4eed6b9-d1fc-4efb-9e07-3c184624a453) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
