The service will support the prevention, detection, investigation and deterrence of fraud, bribery and corruption, and will be delivered in accordance with Service Condition 24 of the NHS Standard Contract, Government Functional Standard GovS 013, NHSCFA requirements and other applicable legislation and guidance.
