This creates operational risk, inefficiency, poor user experience and limited insight. A centralised SaaS membership management and content management platform (CMS) is required to improve efficiency, data quality, user experience and reporting, while reducing administrative burden and risk. Purpose is to procure a third-party Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) membership management platform to support the Government Counter Fraud Profession (GCFP) in managing membership, communications, CPD tracking, and reporting in a secure, scalable and user-friendly way. The Supplier shall provide a secure, off-the-shelf SaaS membership management platform suitable for a cross-government professional network. The service must be scalable, cost-effective, accessible and capable of being implemented within the current financial year.
