This contract is for the appointment of a main Contractor to carry out a programme of retrofits. The Contractor will design, install and provide warranties for measures using a fabric first approach to improve energy efficiency of homes. These include External Wall Insulation, Internal Wall Insulation, Room in Roof and Loft insulation.
