This will be done through targeted guidance and advice, as well as using data to provide insights and recommendations.This work package aims to communicate and enhance National Highways' disabled and vulnerable customer breakdown guidance, to ensure customers with additional needs receive clear, accessible and actionable advice when experiencing a breakdown on the SRN. This will be done by strengthening existing links with members of the Roads for All Forum. The initial version of the guidance (due for publication in Spring 2026) aims to gather existing advice on journey preparation and breakdown response for disabled and vulnerable customers and present it on a dedicated web page.
