In accordance with the Data Protection Legislation the Authority is required to dispose of a variety of documents relating to personal data. To fully comply with the Data Protection Act 1998, Ubico Ltd must have a written contract with a supplier to handle confidential waste. This contract must provide a guarantee that all aspects of collection and destruction are carried out in a secure and compliant manner.
