It supports BEST modernisation goals, improves resident experience, and reduces environmental impact while enabling large-scale digital suppression over the next five years. This is a 3-year contract to Xerox Ltd, covering the period 1st July 2026, to 31st August 2029, including a further 2-year extension option subject to performance, at a total cost of between £0 - £2,751,580, under the CCS Postal Services & Solutions (RM6280 ) Framework Agreement. There is no guarantee of spend. The Call-Off Charges are an estimation only based on current trends.
