To successfully navigate this transition, UKFE requires a robust and operational risk management capability embedded within the STEP Programme and Project Management Office (PPMO). This capability is essential to support informed decision‐making, manage uncertainty, and protect programme outcomes as delivery activity accelerates. Arcadis has played a central role in developing the STEP Project Controls Framework, including the risk discipline. As the programme moves into delivery, continuity of expertise is required to ensure that risk management processes are aligned to the established framework, adopted consistently across delivery teams, and embedded as part of early business‐as‐usual (BAU) operations. Additional information: Call-off from framework agreement (MCF4) via direct award. Direct award permitted under framework terms (Regulation 33 PCR 2015). ## CPV classification Project management consultancy services Source Contracts Finder (UK) [View official notice](https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/notice/b2d8de0c-606c-49c3-8c36-d6852f22925d) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
