The service enables short-notice mobilisation of resources that are pre-vetted to the required security level (NPPV2/CTC) and can integrate quickly into MPS delivery teams across multiple disciplines, helping to address capacity and capability gaps and maintain continuity of delivery. The supplier will provide effective account management and governance, including management of the end-to-end engagement and onboarding process, proactive planning and reporting on resource utilisation and spend, and clear performance management.
