It provides analysis from individual sites through to national-level reporting and supports the production of compliance insights for internal audiences as well as key external stakeholders such as Transport Select Committee (TSC), the Department for Transport (DfT), the Office for Rail and Road (ORR), and Transport Focus. The CMT allows National Highways to understand wider road user compliance issues and to target investment to projects and partnerships looking to both educate and enforce against transgressors, ultimately leading to a safer network for all.
