Suppliers can choose to bid for one or both Lots. The scope of this framework includes but is not limited to:\\r • Lot 1 Commercial and Site Housing including flats (existing & new), including but\\r not limited to:\\r o Commercial scaffolds\\r o Corporate buildings / offices\\r o Leisure buildings\\r o School buildings\\r o Historic buildings\\r o Museums and cultural buildings\\r o Bridge structures\\r o Seafront structures\\r \\r • Lot 2 Housing and domestic including flats\\r o Domestic scaffolds\\r Scaffolds must be designed, erected, altered and dismantled only by competent people and the work should be carried out under the direction of a competent supervisor.
