Initially the focus will be on getting programme management processes, products and governance up and running (as per milestones table) as well as considering a longer-term resourcing strategy for programme delivery. The creation of a business case for the Programme will also be a key task. It is likely that longer term the managed service will be part of a blended resource model, where some team members may be civil servants, contingent labour or from other managed services arrangements.
