It is a legislative requirement, that all our online services need to be compliant with level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.2), in line with The Public Sector Bodies Part 2 (Websites and Mobile Applications) of the Accessibility Regulations 2018. The supplier will need to factor in any future updates and changes applicable to the guidance and regulations. DVLA needs to demonstrate that we have tested our services with all customers regardless of ability.
