This includes providing flexible, ongoing advice on planning, master planning, stakeholder engagement, and development strategy. Project 2: CUG City Centre Masterplan Framework: Stride Treglown has been appointed to prepare a City Centre Framework Masterplan for CUG. This will align with the emerging Local Plan and support the University's development ambitions across its Coventry estate. The Masterplan will bring together current and future initiatives, including academic, student, and civic projects, into a clear, visual strategy.
