The contract was awarded under the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) Technology Products and Associated Services 2 (TePAS) Framework Agreement (RM6098, Lot 3 - Software), following a price-based competition. CDW Limited has been appointed as the reseller for the service. The contract provides a site-based licensing model, allowing authorised HMRC personnel to access the service across designated locations, with provision for periodic review of usage and licensing requirements.
