All delivery must adhere to GDS service standards, Homes England technical standards, and the programme\\r \\r \\r - Low Interest Loans (LIL) Digital & Data Requirements\\r \\r 2.1 Scope\\r \\r The LIL workstream will be delivered as a fourth squad within the SAHP project. The scope covers end-to-end Discovery, Alpha and Beta delivery for a digital solution that supports the LIL grant and loan application, assessment, approval, allocation management and loan drawdown journey.\\r \\r Resources currently assigned to SAHP will be allocated to the LIL squad at the appropriate point in delivery, with the transition managed to protect SAHP delivery continuity.
