This opportunity is for the Both Repair & Major Works. A programme of works is to be developed for the delivery in batches of several lifts in stages to deliver the complete programme. CDM Responsibilities The awarded Sub-Contractor shall provide all information required to update the Health and Safety File. They shall undertake the following duties on behalf of the Principal Designer and Principal Contractor: Plan, Manage, Monitor and Coordinate Health and Safety in the construction phase. Produce and agree a Construction Phase Plan. Coordinate work with other contractors. Ensuring: Suitable site inductions are provided for all site workers and visitors. Reasonable steps are taken to prevent unauthorised access including signage.
