Pre-construction services covering RIBA Stages 3 and 4 will develop the Carlton Active project from concept design to a fully coordinated and priced construction package. RIBA Stage 3 will progress the developed design, coordinating architectural, structural, civil and MEP designs, undertaking surveys and technical assessments, and preparing the planning application and supporting documentation.
