To support these efforts, this work order requires the services of qualified and experienced consultants to provide specialist expertise, supporting complex technical, financial and commercial tasks and optioneering schemes related to RIS2 through to early parts of RIS4. The Consultant Provides the Service to ensure successful delivery of the NCRP.
