This support will include impartial strategic advice, professional expertise, support and challenge to senior leaders, and assistance with the planning, governance and delivery arrangements required to support Adults Services through the transition to any subsequent arrangements arising from Local Government Reorganisation. The Consultant will act as a critical friend on LGR-related matters, helping to ensure that Adults Services improvement activity, governance, risks, dependencies and transition requirements are aligned with the wider LGR programme.
