Key supporting works include: •Provision and installation of a temporary chiller unit to maintain building operations and cooling continuity during the replacement works. •Coordination with the separate chiller supplier, including delivery management and crane operations for installation. •Temporary modifications to the existing steel plant enclosure to facilitate removal and installation of plant. •Permanent structural modifications to the steel plant supports to accommodate and support the new chillers and buffer vessel. •Removal and upgrade of the associated electrical infrastructure. •Reinstatement, recertification, and making good of all affected fire stopping and compartmentation measures.
