The central contracts will provide: • Compliant routes to market reducing the risk of challenge • Ensure that better rates are provided for by the Supplier including possible rebates should the value through the contract reach a certain amount • Compliance with HR requirements • Reduction in the time to market for the procurement of central contract services • Back-office efficiencies Direct award from ESPO 3S-22 Strategic HR Services Framework.
