The alterations to infrastructure and introduction of improved facilities for buses, cycling and walking are a critical aspect which underpins the wider City Centre Public Realm Programme and Connected Places Strategy for the city. Phase one (Victoria Street) & Phase three (North Street) have already been completed successfully. 2Part 1 of the scheme has been substantially completed and now Part 2 is ready to commence construction.
