The works include replacement of the waterproof deck coating to the exposed areas of the fourth floor and roof level, reinstatement of line marking throughout all levels, and associated concrete repairs identified through recent structural and condition surveys. The car park will remain operational during the works, so bidders must provide clear proposals for phasing and safe access management. All works must be delivered in line with the technical specification, Triflex system requirements, and BS EN 1504 standards.
