It applies to 26 transmission projects with the aim to facilitate accelerated delivery. Large Onshore Transmission Investments (LOTI) assesses large electricity transmission projects that come forward during the RIIO-ET2 price control and potentially RIIO-3, period. Transmission Operators (TO's) submit applications under ASTI and LOTI for project assessment which are reviewed by Ofgem.
