A refurbishment scheme comprising building fabric repairs and maintenance works to include new pitched slate and felt flat roofing works. New flashings and rainwater goods. Demolition of 1 chimney and removal of a redundant asbestos flue. External render removal and renewal works, stone repairs and repointing. Internal works to include dry and wet rot treatment works. Timber lintel and beam replacements. Trades required include roofers, leadworkers, masons, joiners and treatment specialist.
