The supplier will be expected to provide project management services for the programme's delivery, transition and go-live activities. Additional information: This is a retrospective call off for services provided by the supplier related to WMCAs 'Swift Refresh Programme', designed to update and improve its back-end customer management system and user interfaces (i.e., website and mobile app). This call off enables continuity of service for residual tasks that remained outstanding following the end of a previous contract. All work is due for completion by June 2026 when the SWIFT refresh goes live.
