This Direct Award is being offered under RM6360 Legal Panel for Government, Lot 5: Rail Legal Services Framework and the Panel Terms and Conditions shall apply - Purpose of this Variation This Contract Notice serves to formally extend the duration of the existing Call-Off Contract between the Authority and Supplier. The Terms and Conditions of Contract as previously agreed and amended between the Parties still apply but with the following amendments: - The Contract is varied to incorporate the updated wording contained within Schedule 20 (Call-Off Specification). The revised Schedule 20 attached to this Variation Notice shall replace the existing Schedule 20 in its entirety with effect from 1 st July 2026.
