Therefore, Local Transport Plan 5 will need to deliver an agreed vision and a set of objectives and outcomes that will be focused on a number of core themes that includes sustainability, inclusion and safety whilst reflecting local community themes. The new Local Transport Plan (LTP5) will need to focus transport investment across the county over the defined period, and how we will work with partners to contribute to achieving our economic, environmental and social ambitions.
