[More contracts for small businesses and VCSEs](https://tendernation.io/opportunities/for-small-businesses) ## About this tender Walsall Council ('Council') has a requirement for an organisation to undertake improvements to a Council-owned building leased to two external organisations: the Walsall Black Sisters Collective (WBSC) and the Union of Muslim Organisations (UMO) in Walsall.   The building is at the Mayfield Community Centre, 17-19 Wednesbury Road, Walsall, WS1 3RU on the corner of Wednesbury Road and Glebe Road co-locating the two organisations with each having a separate entrance.
