Quote for fixtures and fittings to be included in this tender. - Recommend and quote for 5 x new commercial quality cisterns (including all fittings): - Recommend and quote for 1 x new commercial quality toilet and sink (inc low water tap) for accessible toilet: - Recommend and quote for 5 x new commercial quality toilet bowls - - Recommend and quote for new commercial quality (SGL or CGL) cubicles in light grey - - Recommend and Install 2 x new commercial quality sink vanity units (SGL or CGL) in light grey and white - Recommend and install 4 x new commercial quality sinks with low water use single taps - Provide a breakdown of costs for each element of the work; - Submit an overall cost for the project, which will be valid for 4 months from the award of contract; The deliverables of this project are identified as follows: - Pre-works site meeting with resin flooring company (date to be confirmed) to agree works and timescales; W/C 7th September - week one works. - Provide pedestrian barriers to close the toilets (across doorways); - Remove all cubicles, toilets, sinks and sink units; - All waste materials to be removed by contractor from site daily during these works; - Inspect, repair or replace fixed plumbing as necessary with recommended commercial quality fittings - as per approved specification; - Install 5 x approved new commercial quality cisterns (including all fittings); - Ensure all floors are clean and clear ready for flooring contractor; W/C 14th September - week two works. - Resin flooring installed and cured; W/C 23rd September - week three works (this could be started sooner by agreement with flooring company). - Install 5 x approved new commercial quality toilet bowls - as per approved specification; - Install 5 x approved new commercial quality cubicles - as per approved specification; - Install 2 x approved new commercial quality sink vanity units - as per approved specification; - Install 4 x new commercial quality sinks with low water use single taps - as per approved specification; - Install 1 x new commercial quality toilet and sink (inc low water tap) for accessible toilet: as per approved specification; - Check and test all plumbing, toilets and sinks with LTC staff; - All waste materials to be removed by contractor from site daily during these works; - Toilets left clean and tidy for reopening on 1st October. - All works guaranteed against faulting installation and workmanship for 6 months from the date of completion.
