The boiler works are to strip out the existing boilers, flues, pipework and redundant oil tank and replace with four new gas boilers complete with new gas and LTHW pipework, a plate heat exchanger, pressurisation units, air and dirt separators flues, and a temporary boiler to maintain heating during the works, along with all associated electrical, controls/BMS, and builders work.
