The contract has been awarded through a direct award under the Government Commercial Agency (GCA) Back Office Solutions 2 (BOS2) framework and provides continuity of the Council's existing Oracle Fusion ERP platform. The ERP solution supports a range of critical corporate functions across the Council, including finance, procurement, human resources and payroll.
