Works to include Building, Mechanical and Electrical works as well as drainage and external works. The work is being funded by the GMCA from its own resources and budget approval has been received. The Contract Duration of the Works on site is expected to be 30 weeks, the Form of Contract will be the JCT Intermediate Form with Contractors Design 2016 Edition.
